Intraductal papilloma requires surgical excision. Intraductal papilloma is a kind of sub-common benign breast tumor, which is common in middle-aged and old women aged 40 to 50 years old, and it often occurs in the jugular abdomen near the nipple of the milk duct, and clinically manifests itself as a single painless lump. Because of the painless and small tumor, it is difficult to be aware of the tumor, and it is mostly detected by the bloody or dark brown nipple fluid in life. Since the malignant rate of intraductal papilloma is 6%~8%, and there is a possibility of cancer, therefore, surgical excision is routinely recommended for intraductal papilloma. If it is not removed in time, it has the risk of becoming cancerous, while early removal has the advantages of good efficacy and good prognosis. If intraductal papilloma is suspected, one should go to a regular medical institution in time and actively cooperate with the relevant diagnosis and treatment to avoid delaying the condition.
