What are the symptoms of hepatic encephalopathy

Hepatic encephalopathy is categorized into grades 0 to 4, with symptoms varying by grade.
Grade 1.0: The patient has abnormal neurophysiologic test or psychological test results, and there is no fluttering tremor.
Grade 2.1: Insomnia or sleep reversal, decreased language ability, slight personality changes, decreased attention span, and fluttering tremor may occur.
Grade 3.2: Drowsiness, affective apathy, disorientation, and a tendency to flutter-like tremor.
Grade 4.3: lethargy, incoherence, no fluttering tremor.
Grade 5.4: Coma, no response to pain, no fluttering tremor.
