3. Oral medication: Inflammatory acne can be taken orally antibiotics such as doxycycline, minocycline, etc. Isotretinoin can inhibit sebaceous secretion of sebaceous glands, regulate follicular sebaceous gland duct keratinization, improve the anaerobic environment of the hair follicle, anti-inflammatory and prevent the formation of scarring and other effects.
4. Physical therapy: photodynamic therapy (PDT) external 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) enriched in the follicular sebaceous gland units, can also be added to the red light.
