Clinical manifestations of gastric cancer

  1.Stomach pain: It is the most common symptom of stomach cancer, and this symptom appears early.  2.Loss of appetite, emaciation and weakness: this symptom can appear in early stage and can be unaccompanied by the symptoms of stomach pain.    3.Malignant and vomiting: this symptom is often caused by obstruction or gastric dysfunction caused by tumor.    4.Bleeding and black stool: When there is small amount of bleeding, there is only positive fecal occult blood (occult blood); when there is larger amount of bleeding, there can be vomiting blood and black stool.  5. Other symptoms: diarrhea or constipation, lower abdominal discomfort, enlarged supraclavicular lymph nodes, ovarian masses, abdominal masses, etc. occur in some patients.  Unexplained epigastric discomfort, abdominal distension, vague pain, feeling of fullness, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, poor appetite, physical fatigue, easy fatigue, progressive wasting and anemia. When the tumor breaks down and invades the blood vessels, there may be vomiting of blood, positive fecal occult blood or tarry stools.
