Chocolate cyst disappears

The disappearance of chocolate cysts is often a clinically unlikely event, because chocolate cysts basically do not disappear if they are not treated clinically with surgery. If they have disappeared after examination, it is possible that there is a problem with the original diagnosis, which may not be a chocolate cyst but a physiological cyst, which is why clinically the cyst will disappear through ultrasound examination. After ovulation in women, the corpus luteum will be formed locally in the ovary, and due to the formation of the corpus luteum, there will be a small amount of bleeding during the period and the pressure will increase, and a corpus luteum cyst will appear. Luteal cysts often do not exceed five centimeters clinically and do not cause symptoms clinically, and they tend to shrink or disappear after menstruation.
