Minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery for chocolate cysts is performed under general anesthesia, and perforations are made in the periumbilical region of the abdomen including 1/3 of the anterior superior iliac spine and 2/3 of the anterior superior iliac spine. After making the perforations, microscopic instruments are used to enter the pelvic cavity with separating forceps at about 3-4 mm. After debridement, a small amount of bleeding will be present on the cyst wound, which can be stopped by bipolar coagulation forceps or by suturing to stop the bleeding, and the normal ovarian tissue can be restored. After the debridement procedure, a specimen bag is used to help remove the ovarian cyst from the abdomen, and pathological tests are performed, and based on the results of the tests, postoperative medication can be directed.
