Why does the anal canal produce severe pain?

  Severe anal pain is, as the name implies, severe pain in the anus. This condition usually occurs during defecation, but it can also occur during non-defecation. It is mainly related to the following diseases: perianal abscess, internal hemorrhoid impaction, anal fissure, advanced anorectal cancer, and anal foreign body. Therefore, in order to relieve anal pain as soon as possible, patients need to go to a regular hospital for diagnosis and treatment, so that the cause of anal pain can be determined as soon as possible and the most suitable treatment can be found as soon as possible.  The main causes of anal pain are the following: 1. perianal abscess: this disease is more common, is commonly known as the disease of “pus”. A lump can be found next to the anus, which is obvious to the touch, and can be accompanied by fever if it is deep. The pain is more intense and increases with activity, but if it is shallow, it can break down on its own and pus can flow out. Treatment: Immediate surgery for one-time radical treatment of the abscess with 2 daily drug changes, which may recur if the pus is simply drained. The pus is not released, and the treatment is sometimes ineffective with anti-inflammatory drugs by infusion alone, and the pain is greatly relieved immediately after incision.  2, internal hemorrhoids embedded: common in patients with mixed hemorrhoids, due to dry stool, squatting time, cold, anxious fire and other reasons, resulting in mixed hemorrhoids inflammation edema, internal hemorrhoids prolapse, due to the anal sphincter spasm, so that the prolapsed internal hemorrhoids poor blood circulation, further aggravate edema, forming a vicious circle, the larger the swelling, resulting in severe pain.  3, anal fissure: generally pain can be tolerated, but there are individual cases can also produce severe pain, often occurring after defecation, pain time from a few minutes to a few hours. Chronic anal fissure can lead to a variety of anal diseases, the most common are perianal abscess and anal fistula.  4.Late stage anorectal cancer: severe pain.  5.Anal foreign body: the pain is more intense and sometimes can be complicated by anal abscess. Generally, it is due to accidentally swallowing fish spines, date kernels, ribs and other things, which get stuck in the anal opening when defecating, piercing the tissues of the anus and causing local infection.
