Indobufen has the effect of antiplatelet aggregation, which can be used to prevent thrombosis during hemodialysis, and can also be used in the treatment of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular lesions complicated by atherosclerosis, and so on. If not specifically prescribed, the daily dosage is 200-400mg, and for those with renal impairment, the daily dosage is 100-200mg. divided into two doses. If each tablet is 200mg, the daily dosage is 1~2 tablets, or 0.5~1 tablet for those with renal impairment. In the course of medication, in case of adverse reactions such as abdominal discomfort, constipation or diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, headache or dizziness, rash, gastrointestinal bleeding, hematuria, etc., it is recommended to discontinue the medication and seek medical attention. The use of the drug is contraindicated in cases of drug allergy, presence of active bleeding disorders, pregnant and lactating women, presence of active lesions in the gastrointestinal tract, and use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen.
