A breast nodule of 6 mm x 4 mm is a relatively small breast nodule. If Breast Imaging Reporting Data System, nodules in category III and below are generally not considered too serious. If Breast Imaging Reporting Data System, in category III and below, this 6 x 4 mm nodule can be completely disregarded and we can safely observe it. If the breast image report data system, in category 4 or more than category 4, this 6 × 4 mm nodule, even smaller nodules, should be puncture biopsy clear pathological diagnosis, except the possibility of malignancy. Patients with breast nodules 6 mm × 4 mm are advised to go to the breast surgery department of regular hospitals for timely examination and standardized treatment according to the examination results.
