Who needs a laparoscopy

  Indications for laparoscopy 1, differential diagnosis of various unexplained pelvic pain.  2.Differential diagnosis of the nature of pelvic masses with inexact open indications.  3, the examination of small amount of intra-abdominal bleeding of unknown origin.  4.Examination of small amount of ascites of unknown origin.  5, examination of primary infertility, secondary infertility or infertility.  6.Identification and confirmation of ectopic pregnancy.  7, Diagnosis of internal genital anomalies, such as uterine anomalies, hermaphroditism, R-K-H syndrome (Rokitansky-Kusster-Hausersyn-drome), etc.  8.Diagnosis of endometriosis, staging and re-laparoscopy after drug treatment to assess the efficacy.  9, Diagnosis of endocrine diseases, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, premature ovarian failure, etc.  10.Efficacy estimation of secondary exploration of pelvic malignant tumor, and diaphragmatic exploration of ovarian cancer or cytological examination of abdominal fluid aspiration.  11.Examination of uterine perforation and surveillance during uterine operation, such as aspiration after uterine perforation, uterine operation for deformed and pathological uterus, and hysteroscopic electrodesiccation.  12.Searching for or removing intrauterine devices or other foreign bodies that are lost in the abdominal cavity.  13.Evaluation prior to repeat pregnancy surgery.
