Pay attention to noise deafness and sudden deafness

Nowadays, the competitive pressure of the society and the burden of the family have caused most of the young and middle-aged people to have impaired hearing. To go to the disco disco, to KTV singing, playing games in the noisy amusement hall …… these young people are keen on all kinds of popular fashion, so they are immersed in the huge noise happy, but do not know that there is a huge hidden harm, long time by the impact of high-intensity sound is particularly likely to lead to hearing weakness, ear fatigue, and even appear Deafness. The strongest sound that human hearing can withstand is usually at 90 decibels, beyond which the fragile and sensitive inner ear can be damaged, even if one does not feel it.
Most people who leave such an environment feel dizzy and have a headache, which is a sign of ear damage caused by sound pollution. Irregular and strongly stimulating noise is very damaging to hearing, starting with high pitched tinnitus, gradually turning from intermittent to persistent and finally deaf. Sudden deafness mostly occurs in the evening or in the morning when one feels a single tinnitus at first and then finds a sudden hearing loss a few hours later. In a few patients, the deafness may be accompanied by vertigo, nausea and vomiting in severe cases, and the vertigo may gradually disappear within a week. About 1/3 of the patients can gradually recover their hearing within 1-2 weeks. If the hearing does not recover after one month, the hearing will become permanent sensorineural deafness. The number of patients with sudden deafness due to work stress, life pressure, emotional stimulation and urban “sound pollution” is currently on the rise. The majority of these patients are young people, especially young and middle-aged workers, employees and students. MP3 headphones are inserted in the ears and are too close to the eardrum. Occasional tinnitus may not be a concern, but if one listens continuously for several or even a dozen hours, some people may experience sudden deafness.
