First aid measures in case of heart attack

The most effective emergency measure for a patient who has suffered and confirmed myocardial infarction is to immediately arrange for thrombolytic therapy or apply for vascular intervention, both of which can unblock the coronary arteries of the heart as soon as possible, thus improving the ischemia of the heart muscles and providing the fastest relief of symptoms. However, before doing the preoperative preparation, the patient’s respiration, heartbeat and other vital signs must be stabilized, and firstly given to apply a pack of heart attack drugs, which usually includes three drugs, aspirin, atorvastatin and Tegretol, among which aspirin must be bitten and taken orally for faster onset of action and better effect. If the patient has arrhythmias, such as ventricular fibrillation or ventricular flutter, they can be corrected by applying electric defibrillation, electric cardioversion, or by applying anti-arrhythmic drugs, such as amiodarone, to correct the arrhythmia. If respiratory or cardiac arrest occurs at the scene, cardiopulmonary resuscitation should be given immediately.
