What happened to the blisters on the nose?

Herpes on the nose is seen clinically in three conditions: the first and most common is the appearance of herpes in the nose area, which is mostly herpes simplex, mainly due to infection with the herpes simplex virus, resulting in localized blisters on an erythematous basis, in clusters. In the second case, a bacterial infection appears in the area, such as rosacea, and a localized purulent pustule is formed. This is usually treated with antibacterial therapy, topical application of fusidic acid cream and oral administration of doxycycline, or memantin. In the third case, herpes simplex caused by a virus, topical acyclovir ointment is also needed for topical antiviral treatment and oral acyclovir tablets can be used for some therapeutic effect.
