How to correct a crooked nose cartilage

There are two main cases of crooked cartilage in the nose: 1. nasal septum cartilage. 2. crookedness of the greater or lesser pterygoid cartilage. If it is just a deviated nasal septum alone, endoscopic correction of the deviated nasal septum can be considered in the ENT department. If the nasal bones are crooked, they can be corrected individually. However, if the requirement is very high, cosmetic surgery can be considered at the same time, where implants can be placed in the nose to correct the collapse of the nasal bones and to improve the shape of the nose after the nasal bones are crooked. The large and small flank cartilages are less common and can be corrected with a W-shaped incision in the nasal vestibule. If the defect and support are not sufficient, the cartilage of the ear or rib can be taken as a supplement and padded into the nasal cartilage.
