Budesonide Nasal Spray Instructions Dosage: Spray in through the nose, spray the right nostril with the left hand and the left nostril with the right hand, avoiding spraying directly into the septum. Adults 6 years of age and older, start with 2 sprays in each nostril, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. The maximum number of sprays per day should not exceed 8. After symptoms subside spray one spray in each nostril once a day. Budesonide Nasal Spray is used for the prevention and treatment of perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis, and also for the treatment of vasodilatory rhinitis. Possible adverse reactions after administration: upper respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection, asthma, epistaxis, oropharyngeal pain, gastric upset, fever, otitis media, tonsillitis, headache, cough, rash, localized irritation, edema, pruritus, erythema. It is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to any component of budesonide, this product should not be used in large quantities for a long period of time, systemic effects of glucocorticoids may occur. Use with caution in patients with concomitant fungal infections of the nose and herpes, use with caution in patients with tuberculosis, use with caution in athletes, avoid using this drug in pregnant and lactating women.
