1) Patient, female, 40 years old, with increased stool frequency for 6 months was admitted to the hospital on July 13, 2015. 2) Electronic colonoscopy and pathological examination were as follows: 3) Rectal finger examination showed a grape-like mass more than 2 cm from the anus with a hard local texture (suspected cancer). 4) On July 21, 2015, right hemicolectomy was performed under general anesthesia, rectal tumor was turned out through the anus, the intestinal canal was dissociated at the dentate line, the specimen was removed, and the colon was pulled out through the anal canal. The operation went smoothly with 100 ml of bleeding. (Dr. Huang Ping’s special “long rod mushroom” turned out the rectum through the anus and dragged it out) 5) Postoperative pathological examination of the resected specimen was as follows; 6) After one month, the excess colon outside the anus was removed. (7) After the operation, the patient recovered, and the anus could control the defecation and defecate through the anus about 3 to 6 times a day. 8) Regular e-colonoscopic review was advised to deal with the scattered colon polyps in a timely manner.
