Generally, patients should eat liquid food → semi-liquid food 6-12 hours after surgery, and soft food → general food the next day; those with intestinal resection anastomosis should abstain from water after surgery, and then gradually transition to liquid food → semi-liquid food → general food after the gastrointestinal function is restored. 5. Half a month after surgery, lifting no more than 5 kg of weight is the standard. Avoid actions that increase abdominal pressure, cold and flu, coughing, sneezing, forceful urination and defecation, sit-ups, stair climbing, etc. within one month after surgery. 6. Avoid heavy physical labor, such as lifting heavy objects, heavy lifting, weight lifting and standing for a long time, etc. for six months after discharge from the hospital. Avoid strenuous exercise, such as hiking, cycling or motorcycling. Eat a reasonable diet with fresh fruits such as oranges, kiwis, apples, grapes, tomatoes, eggplants, asparagus and other easily digestible and nutritious fruits and vegetables. Eat more fiber-rich foods, staple foods should try to choose coarse grains, such as leeks, celery, cabbage, bamboo shoots, etc. Pay attention to nutrition, to eat more eggs, lean meat, fish, duck and chicken.
