Commonly used trauma first aid hemostasis methods in sports include tourniquet method, acupressure hemostasis method, pressure bandage hemostasis method, strong flexion joint hemostasis method and so on. 1. Tourniquet method: used for bleeding in the aorta of the arms and legs, the proximal end of the bleeding artery can be bound with a rope or belt to stop bleeding. 2. Shiatsu hemostasis: It is suitable for small amount of bleeding from rupture of small blood vessels, and the bleeding area can be hemostatized by pressing the finger or palm of the hand. 3. Pressure bandage method: cover the wound area with thick gauze, and then use a bandage or towel with pressure wrapping can play a good hemostatic effect. 4. Strong flexion joint hemostasis: for bleeding patients without fracture or dislocation, the elbow and knee joints can be strongly flexed, and fixed with towels or straps, which can play a role in hemostasis. When applying the above methods of hemostasis, it is necessary to pay attention to the acupressure, pressure bandage, the use of tourniquet or tape fixation can not be too tight, every 10 minutes need to observe the bleeding distal limb blood flow is normal; tourniquet every half an hour need to be loosened for two minutes or so, in order to avoid the emergence of ischemic necrosis. If the bleeding does not stop, or the bleeding location of the skin abnormalities, etc., should immediately go to the regular hospital treatment, so as not to cause serious complications due to untimely treatment.
