Early stage of bladder cancer usually has a good prognosis, and can be treated by surgery combined with bladder instillation under doctor’s guidance, and some studies claim that the 1- and 2-year tumor recurrence-free survival rates are about 70% and 45% respectively. Bladder cancer usually refers to malignant tumors occurring in the mucosal epithelium of the bladder, which may be caused by long-term smoking, improper diet, genetic factors, infectious factors and other factors. Bladder cancer usually presents symptoms such as frequent urination, urinary urgency, urinary pain, difficulty in urination, hematuria as well as pain. Early bladder cancer mostly refers to non-muscle layer invasive bladder cancer, i.e. the tumor only invades the epithelial tissue of the bladder without invading the muscle layer, and there is no lymph node and distant metastasis. Early stage bladder cancer patients are mainly treated by surgery, which can take transurethral cystectomy, partial cystectomy, etc. After surgery, intravesical instillation therapy (BCG, epirubicin, etc.) needs to be given according to the situation. For early-stage bladder cancer after surgery, attention needs to be paid to tumor control, i.e. whether tumor recurrence and distant metastasis occur. Some studies claim that after bladder tumor resection combined with intravesical instillation chemotherapy, its 1-year tumor recurrence rate is about 30%, while the 2-year recurrence rate is about 60%. Among them, tumor pathology grading, pathology type, patient’s age, etc. are closely related to tumor recurrence. Bladder cancer patients should pay attention to it. If bladder tumor is suspected or diagnosed, it is recommended to go to regular hospitals for comprehensive assessment of the condition, follow the doctor’s instructions to cooperate with the treatment, and choose the appropriate treatment plan so as not to delay the condition.
