The early symptoms of rhabdomyolysis can be judged from the manifestations of muscle pain and fatigue, inflammatory reaction, renal failure and so on. 1. Muscle pain and fatigue: When patients suffer from rhabdomyolysis, due to abnormal muscle dissolution, the early symptoms can often be manifested as muscle pain, fatigue, tenderness and contracture. Localized edema can also occur within hours or days after muscle injury due to local fluid retention. After lasting for several days, some patients can also present localized fascial compartment syndrome in the limb. 2. Inflammatory response: patients with rhabdomyolysis may have an increase in the ratio of leukocytes and neutrophils, and early inflammatory reactions such as fever and malaise may occur. 3. Renal failure: rhabdomyolysis is also prone to acute renal failure, the patient’s urine will appear a large number of myoglobin or red blood cells, the naked eye can see tea-colored urine or red wine-colored urine. Urine routine laboratory tests can show that the patient’s urine creatinine or urea nitrogen significantly increased. If the patient is suspected of suffering from rhabdomyolysis, it is recommended to immediately go to a regular hospital, follow the doctor’s instructions to standardize the diagnosis and treatment, to avoid delaying the condition.
