Fluoroacetamide is a commonly used pesticide. Fluoroacetamide poisoning, mild poisoning will cause sudden headache, dizziness, dilated pupils, blurred vision, dulled light reflex, fatigue, numbness of the limbs, twitching, there will be nausea, vomiting, thirst and other symptoms. In moderate poisoning, in addition to the above symptoms there may be increased secretion, dyspnea, irritability, intermittent spasmodic twitching of the limbs, drop in blood pressure, and damage to the heart muscle. In severe poisoning, there will be coma, convulsions, muscle tonus, miosis, intestinal paralysis, urinary and fecal incontinence, and the patient may develop cyanosis, respiratory failure, heart failure, shock, arrhythmia and other serious complications.
