Diclofenac sodium enteric generally refers to diclofenac sodium enteric tablets, this drug can provide antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug of phenylacetic acid, which can inhibit the synthesis of leukotrienes indirectly by inhibiting the activity of cyclooxygenase, preventing the conversion of arachidonic acid into prostaglandins, promoting the binding of triglycerides to arachidonic acid, and then reducing the concentration of free arachidonic acid in the cell, and thus play a role in antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets can be used to treat febrile symptoms in children and adults, non-articular soft-tissue rheumatic pain such as tenosynovitis and bursitis, as well as the relief of arthritis and mild to moderate pain. Adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness and itching may occur after taking this drug. It should be noted that the drug is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to the product and its components, those with hepatic or renal failure, patients with asthma, urticaria, angioedema caused by taking aspirin or other NSAIDs, patients with active peptic ulcers/bleeding or with previous recurrence of ulcers/bleeding, and patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation after the application of NSAIDs.
