What is New Vitality

Neurontin is recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide, which is mainly used clinically in the acute phase of congestive heart failure where conventional treatment is not effective. Its pharmacological effects are mainly as follows: First, it can improve hemodynamic parameters, expand the body-pulmonary circulation, thereby reducing the anterior and posterior cardiac load and rapidly improving symptoms such as dyspnea and weakness, without the occurrence of drug resistance. Secondly, it can reduce sodium and diuresis, lower blood volume and increase urine volume without affecting blood creatinine. Third, it can antagonize the cardiotoxicity caused by the over-activation of neuroendocrine system in multiple links. Fourth, it can delay cardiac remodeling, avoid myocardial hypertrophy and interstitial fibrosis, reduce long-term mortality, and without positive inotropic and positive heart rate effects, it will not cause increased myocardial oxygen consumption without causing arrhythmias. Its adverse effects are mainly hypotension caused by vasodilatation and diuresis.
