Synovitis is mainly characterized by joint enlargement and limited joint movement. The treatment methods are as follows: 1) search for the primary focus and treat the primary disease; 2) puncture and drain the fluid in the joint cavity, so that the joint fluid can be rapidly discharged and the intra-synovial tension can be reduced. At the same time, the puncture fluid should be examined to clarify the nature; after puncture and drainage, an elastic bandage should be used to apply pressure bandage for 24-48 hours in order to reduce the exudation of synovial fluid and prevent reoccurrence within a short period of time; 3. For synovitis of large joints such as the knee and shoulder joints, arthroscopic surgery should be given to conduct synovial histopathological examination in order to guide the subsequent treatment.
