Early manifestations of diabetic lower extremity vasculopathy

The early manifestation of lower extremity lesions in diabetic patients is atherosclerosis of lower extremity vessels, plaque formation or the presence of relatively mild lower extremity vascular stenosis, generally the degree of stenosis is below 50%, at this stage there will not be any clinical manifestations, only through the examination of the lower extremity vascular lesions. When the stenosis of lower limb vasculopathy in diabetic patients reaches 70%-80% or more, intermittent claudication with cold feet and reduced skin temperature due to lower limb arterial ischemia will occur, which often indicates more serious lower limb vasculopathy.
