Medicine for mouth ulcers

Drugs for treating mouth ulcers include analgesic and anesthetic drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs, drugs to promote wound healing, vitamins and so on.
1. External drugs
(1) Analgesic anesthetic drugs: including lidocaine, benzocaine and other local anesthetic drugs gel or spray.
(2) Anti-inflammatory drugs: including chlorhexidine solution, esacridine, povidone-iodine solution and other gargles; cediriodine, quinclorac and other tablets.
(3) Promote wound healing drugs: recombinant human epidermal growth factor, reconstructive fibroblast growth factor and other drugs can be used.
2. Systemic drugs
(1) Vitamin drugs: B vitamins, vitamin C and other vitamin drugs, or vitamin combinations, to promote local skin metabolism and enhance the healing ability.
(2) Anti-infection: when there is fever or the ulcer is deeper and wider, antibiotics such as penicillin, cefuroxime, erythromycin and so on can be chosen for anti-infection treatment according to the results of drug sensitivity test.
