Liver abscesses belong to the liver category of infectious and inflammatory lesions, and patients may experience abdominal pain, fever, and malaise. The manifestation of liver abscess under CT plain scan is a mass-like low-density shadow, which can be one or more, single is more common, but there may be more than one segregation inside. Enhanced CT mainly shows that the abscess wall is strengthened, but the low density necrotic tissue in the abscess cavity is not strengthened, so it shows ring-shaped enhancement under enhanced CT, with peripheral enhancement, and no enhancement inside the abscess, which is a low-density shadow. Therefore, its enhancement CT is more characteristic, and it can be judged with the help of enhancement CT.
