What to do if you have hepatitis B triplet during pregnancy

Recently, many mothers have come to our clinic to ask about hepatitis B immunoglobulin injections during pregnancy, and our hospital has stopped this treatment program for a long time. The most effective way to stop mother-to-child transmission is to inject hepatitis B immunoglobulin within 48 hours of birth (preferably within 24 hours). (Incidentally, the original argument that cesarean delivery can reduce maternal-fetal transmission of hepatitis B is also inappropriate, as reflected in Article 1). 2. Injection of hepatitis B immunoglobulin can produce more antigen-antibody complexes, which can be deposited on the glomerular surface and may cause immune damage to the basement membrane, which has a negative potential for the mother. 3. From the point of view of health economics, the consumption of hepatitis B immunoglobulin injections during pregnancy is not very cheap either.
