Can Chinese herbs turn hepatitis B major third-positive

”Chinese medicine is a great treasure trove that should be excavated and improved with great efforts”. The essence of TCM treatment is dialectical treatment. Many patients with acute and chronic hepatitis B, through dialectical treatment in TCM, have certain effects on most patients, especially in reducing symptoms and improving liver function. However, many patients with hepatitis B major tri-positive are clinically asymptomatic and are often found during health check-ups. Since there is no evidence for Chinese medicine to distinguish, the treatment of such patients by Chinese medicine is very confusing, so it is not easy to turn negative by taking Chinese herbal medicine. Besides, the hepatitis B virus was discovered in the 1960s, and all the ancient books on Chinese medicine (including the classical works on Chinese medicine) have no record of hepatitis B. It is impossible to learn from the experience of the ancients in treating hepatitis B. Although modern pharmacological studies have found that some herbs have shown in vitro experimental studies to have an inhibitory effect on hepatitis B virus, they are not clinically used for hepatitis B virus carriers and major triple-positive patients with significant negative effects. Therefore, do not have high expectations that herbal medicines (including some proprietary Chinese medicines, or ancestral secret recipes) can turn “hepatitis B major triple-positive”, as it is just an advertisement. My own clinical experience is that for some patients with hepatitis symptoms, liver function damage, or with cirrhosis, using a combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment (Chinese medicine dialectical treatment + Western medicine antiviral) often achieve better results; but for asymptomatic, normal liver function, no cirrhosis of the liver, despite the “big three yang”, there is no need to take any However, for people who are asymptomatic, have normal liver function and no cirrhosis, they do not need to take any Chinese herbal medicine (including proprietary Chinese medicine and ancestral secret recipes) to avoid the side effects and economic burden of drugs. By the way, the concept of “turning negative” is a confusing one, which one or all three is turning negative? In general, it is not possible to turn all three positive. Only for those who are acutely infected and have good immune function, they may turn negative on their own after infection. For those who have chronic hepatitis B, or chronic hepatitis B virus carriers, it is not easy to turn negative.
