The combination of these herbs can play the role of cooling the blood and clearing heat, eliminating wind and relieving itching when wind-dampness or wind-heat evils invade the body, impregnate the blood veins, are not allowed to be dispersed internally and not allowed to be penetrated externally, and are stagnant between the skin couper (pores) with itchy skin and other symptoms.
