Post-operative treatment: 1. 1~2 weeks after surgery, avoid water in the eyes to cause infection. Follow the doctor’s instructions to prevent infection with local antimicrobial eye medication. 2. Avoid excessive eye rubbing for 1~2 weeks after surgery. 3.Patients with hyperopia should insist on wearing glasses after surgery until the results of dilated eye examinations show the basic elimination of hyperopic refractive error. The degree of hyperopia should be readjusted at the right time. 4. Patients with poor monovision in both eyes can undergo appropriate functional training to enhance the control of postoperative orthoptics. 5. If the postoperative eye position does not reach the orthoptic position or strabismus appears again, it can be treated by adjusting the refractive power of glasses, training on the same vision machine, collection training, pressing and pasting trigeminal lenses or reoperation. Post-operative follow-up: 1. Initial review 1~2 weeks after surgery, and later review 1, 3, 6, 12 months after surgery as appropriate and insist on long-term review 1~2 times a year. 2.Every 3~6 months need to adjust the refraction of glasses. 3, need to review the content: visual acuity, eye position, binocular monocular function, refractive changes, whether there are signs of corneal epithelial detachment, muscle slippage, anterior segment ischemia, etc.
