How to overcome procrastination?

  Procrastination is really an unforgivable demon. It makes us slacken easily, become comfortable and impatient, let us forget time temporarily, only know how to enjoy the moment, but let us pay more sweat and tears later, and even make us regret it.  Who would say that such procrastination is good? But how many people can get rid of their own procrastination and do what they should do on time and complete their plans?  The scary thing about procrastination is that you always think, “It’s okay, there’s still tomorrow if you don’t do it today.” But when it comes to tomorrow, that’s what you convince yourself. Procrastinators always have a million “tomorrows”, but they can never grasp a today.  As a result, procrastination is a habit, addiction, it is difficult to quit, so the critical moment will have to spend more energy, spend more time, so that you are nervous, anxious and uncomfortable.  Procrastination is comfortable, but in the end, the gains are not worth the losses.  So, how to quit procrastination?  In fact, it is also simple, make a plan, learn self-discipline, use time wisely, try to persevere, do not easily slacken, and do not indulge yourself, let laziness become a habit.  It’s easy to say, but how many people can really do it? In real life, where are the people who have never procrastinated?  The reason why procrastination can defeat us so easily is because we have weak willpower, no self-control and extremely weak action.  In order to get rid of the procrastination that keeps haunting us and making us live a bad life, we have to develop good habits, try to be self-disciplined and wake up our dreams with our actions.  Often, what you are missing is not some grand slogan and a sworn plan, but that first step you dare to try to take.  Hopefully, at the end of the month, you will look back and see if the goals and plans you set have been accomplished. If you didn’t, think about it, was it because of your own procrastination?  Reflect, then know the shortcomings. Procrastination can not be cured overnight, we all have to persevere. At least, you should finish what you need to do today, don’t make excuses to procrastinate, don’t wait until tomorrow and the day after and then secretly regret it.
