Leukoaraiosis is a systemic vasculitis categorized as a rheumatologic immune disease, also known as oculomoral-genital syndrome. It is characterized by a triad of oral ulcers, genital ulcers and iritis. Clinically, it can also have some other systemic damage, such as skin damage, commonly erythema nodosum or folliculitis papules, the pinprick reaction is positive, it can also affect some other systems, such as joints, gastrointestinal or neurological, etc. Clinically, it is important to differentiate it from the common vulvar ulcers or erythema nodosum, or simple oral ulcers. Leukoaraiosis is prevalent in adults, usually young adults, and is more common in women than in men, but the symptoms are more severe in men if they develop the disease.
