When uterine fluid is present in early pregnancy, no treatment is needed if the baby develops normally and the pregnant woman is asymptomatic. If the baby stops developing, or the pregnant woman shows signs such as vaginal bleeding, medication and, if necessary, surgery are needed. Early pregnancy ultrasound examination found that there is fluid in the uterine cavity may be due to physiological uterine fluid, if the baby’s fetal heart and buds develop normally. If the baby’s fetal heart and buds are developing normally, and the pregnant woman does not have any uncomfortable symptoms such as vaginal bleeding or abdominal pain, she can be left untreated and the fluid will be absorbed by herself. If the ultrasound examination in early pregnancy reveals fluid in the uterine cavity, and the fetus shows signs such as the fetal heart stops developing, or the pregnant woman shows signs such as abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding, it is mostly considered to be caused by preeclampsia. Pregnant women need to use progesterone, dydrogesterone and other progestins under the guidance of doctors. For pregnant women with fetal dysplasia, they need to terminate the pregnancy with hysterectomy and curettage. In addition to this, the presence of fluid in the uterus in early pregnancy is also considered to be due to infection of the uterine cavity. Pregnant women are advised to consult a doctor, who will choose the appropriate treatment according to the cause of the disease, or leave it untreated if it is a physiologic fluid in the uterus.
