Mycosis vaginalis is not syphilis, it is two different diseases. Mycosis vaginalis is a common gynecological inflammatory disease that is caused by the accumulation of mycobacteria in the vagina. In general, women with mycosis vaginalis may have bean-like leucorrhea, as well as itching, burning and tingling in the vulva. The main cause of syphilis in women is sexual transmission, which often leads to soft or hard chancre on the vulva.
