With the improvement of the living standard of the general public in China, hypertension, an expensive disease, is becoming more and more common and frequent. Some of these patients will develop cerebral hemorrhage, which will have a significant impact on the quality of life and even the life of the patient, among which there is a special kind of cerebral hemorrhage involving the vicinity of the central sulcus, and our department has successfully treated three such patients recently. The anterior central gyrus in front of the central sulcus is an important motor center of the body, and the posterior central gyrus in the back is the sensory center of the body. Obviously, these two centers are very important to the human body, and damage to them can result in motor and sensory dysfunction of the contralateral limb, which can lead to loss of quality of life in mild cases and life-threatening in severe cases. Therefore, the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage near the cumulative central sulcus is particularly important. In our three patients, the hematoma was located in the anterior gyrus in one case, in the central sulcus in one case, and in the posterior central gyrus in the third case. The patients had sudden onset without obvious aura, sudden headache, abnormal limb movement or sensation, and CT indicated bleeding near the central sulcus in the brain, with the bleeding volume ranging from 20 ml to 30 ml. One of the patients suddenly became worse while waiting for surgery, and even showed brain herniation with dilated pupils, and emergency reexamination of CT indicated significant enlargement of the hematoma, and surgery was performed immediately. Postoperative recheck CT indicated complete clearance of the hematoma, and they were given hyperbaric oxygen therapy and acupuncture and massage after surgery. Currently, two of these three patients have been discharged from the hospital with complete recovery, and the remaining patient with preoperative brain herniation is recovering, and she is doing well, with muscle strength of the lower limbs reaching level 4 and upper limbs reaching level 3, and can walk with assistance. Cerebral hemorrhage near the central sulcus is harmful and can easily cause hemiparesis and sensory impairment in the contralateral limb; meanwhile, active surgical treatment can achieve good results.
