Pathologic factors. Suffering from pharyngitis, laryngeal reentrant nerve injury, vocal cord paralysis, uncoordinated movement of the throat muscles. (1) pharyngolaryngitis patients, pharyngeal mucosal congestion, lymphoid follicle hyperplasia, causing pain in the throat, suffering from pain resulting in difficulty in swallowing, food is easy to appear in the trachea, causing choking. (2) Laryngeal reentry nerve injury, restricting the activity of the vocal cords, which can easily lead to incomplete closure of the vocal cords, thus leading to choking on meals. (3) Vocal cord paralysis and incomplete closure of the vocal cords, which leads to the above symptoms. (4) Uncoordinated movement of the pharyngeal muscles and inability of the hanging palate to completely close the airway, leading to the above symptoms.
