Women with vague pain on the left side of the bladder are advised to go to the hospital for relevant examinations to clarify the specific causes: i. Cystitis, inflammation of the mucosa in the left area of the bladder can lead to vague pain on the left side, mostly accompanied by discomfort such as frequent urination, urinary urgency, painful urination or hematuria. It is recommended to perform urine routine, urine culture examination and further sex cystoscopy to clarify whether there is redness and inflammatory reaction of the bladder mucosa; ii. Diseases occur in tissues and organs outside the bladder, leading to vague pain. Such as the intestinal canal or the female adnexa, etc., when there can also be hidden pain in the left side of the bladder area, such as diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, which may be accompanied by abdominal pain, diarrhea, or accompanied by abnormal stools. In case of gynecological diseases, it may cause abnormal changes in menstrual flow, etc. A routine stool examination with gynecologic ultrasound is recommended to rule out that the pain is due to a regional lesion outside the bladder.
