How do Chinese medicine practitioners explain diarrhea when eating cold food?

Diarrhea whenever you eat cold may be related to spleen qi deficiency, spleen yang deficiency, and cold-dampness trapping the spleen. 1. Deficiency of spleen qi and failure of transportation. This is mostly manifested as lack of desire to eat or little food, abdominal distension, bloating after eating, loose stools (thin and unformed feces), fatigue (mental exhaustion, physical weakness), lack of energy and laziness (lack of strength, not wanting to talk), tiredness of the limbs, swelling, emaciation, yellowish color (yellowish color and lack of luster), and so on. 2. Spleen yang deficiency (deficiency of yang qi in the spleen), loss of warmth and transportation, causing yin and cold to arise internally. Most of the manifestations are abdominal pain (persistent mild abdominal pain), like warmth, like pressure, less food, abdominal distension, loose stools or undigested grain (more undigested food in the stools), fear of cold limbs (fear of cold, cold limbs), swollen limbs, loose leukorrhea, short urine, and so on. 3. Excessive cold and dampness (accumulation of cold and dampness in the body), trapping spleen yang and leading to dereliction of the spleen’s function of transportation and digestion. Most of the performance for the epigastric (abdomen) plagued, abdominal pain and loose stools (feces sparse and not shaped), greasy mouth and dull (no appetite, less food), nausea (nausea and want to vomit), the head and body heavy (head and limbs heavy feeling), the color of the face is yellow, or the body and eyes yellow, and so on. If there are symptoms of diarrhea caused by eating cold, it is recommended to go to the regular hospital in time for treatment.
