What’s wrong with white spots granular on the walls of the mouth?

White dotted granular lesions on the lining of the mouth are mainly considered to be related to sebaceous gland ectasia, oral ulcers, Candida infection and lichen planus.
1. Sebaceous gland ectasia: this disease can lead to the appearance of white or yellowish corn-sized pimples on the skin and mucous membrane of the affected area, usually without other uncomfortable symptoms.
2. Mouth ulcers: This can lead to multiple ulcers in the mouth, with inflammatory reactions around them, sometimes with grayish-white necrotic tissue on the surface, which the patient feels like small particles.
3. Candida infection: Candida stomatitis and other diseases can lead to white granular spots in the affected area, and gradually connected into pieces.
4. Lichen planus: the presence of this disease in the mouth can lead to the appearance of grayish-white, off-white pimples in the affected area, and can be accompanied by itching and other uncomfortable symptoms.
There may be other reasons for these symptoms, so you should consult a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
