How many days of rest from scraping the thick lining of the uterus can work normally

Women who undergo curettage due to endometrial thickening usually need to rest for at least 7-14 days before they can work normally. Endometrial thickening is only a clinical symptom, and there are many reasons for this symptom, and the time to start working after the surgery should depend on the patient’s condition. If the patient’s pathologic test results suggest benign lesions after the scraping of the uterus, the patient can start to work about 7-14 days after the operation, but can only do relatively light work. Patients who are engaged in heavy physical work should also rest for a longer period of time and resume normal labor after their bodies have fully recovered. If the tissue removed by curettage is pathologically determined to be malignant, the patient often needs to be hospitalized for further examination and treatment. Patients need to wait until they have fully recovered before considering work.
