Can you spit poop out of your mouth?

Stool cannot normally be spit out of the mouth, and vomiting of fecal-like liquid or debris may occur when a low-level intestinal obstruction occurs.
The normal digestive tract of the human body includes the esophagus, stomach, duodenum, small intestine, jejunum, ileum, and large intestine, etc. Food enters the stomach through the esophagus, is contained and digested by the gastric tissues, and then enters the duodenum and the small intestine, where it is further digested and absorbed, and the food residue forms feces in the large intestine.
General vomit is mainly gastric contents. Under normal circumstances, feces will not reflux upward to reach the stomach and be spat out from the mouth through vomiting.
When a low type of intestinal obstruction occurs, i.e., an obstruction that occurs in the ileum, ileocecum, and other lower locations of the intestines. The stool cannot be expelled from the body and will slowly accumulate upwards. When there is a large amount of accumulation, the stool may reflux upwards into the stomach, and vomiting with a fecal odor or fecal sludge-like material may occur.
When abdominal pain, inability to pass stool and frequent vomiting occur, we should be alert to the occurrence of intestinal obstruction, and recommend timely medical treatment.
