Degeneration of the aortic valve is a degeneration of the muscles of the aorta that causes the aortic valve to contract or not close properly during the contraction and closure process, which may cause the artery to contract during the normal ejection process, squeezing the blood from the artery back into the ventricle and increasing the burden on the ventricle. The ventricle can show signs of heart failure after the volume burden is increased. The main manifestation of heart failure is insufficient ejection fraction of the heart or reduced ejection fraction of the heart, which causes panic, shortness of breath, chest tightness and other manifestations. Degenerative aortic valve disease is caused by vascular lesions, most notably atherosclerosis and other lesions that cause aging changes in the arteries.
