Can blood creatinine 250μmol/L be controlled?

Blood creatinine 250μmol/L may be caused by physiological factors and pathological factors, of which pathological causes can be divided into acute kidney injury and chronic renal insufficiency, physiological and etiological causes of acute kidney injury can usually be controlled, chronic renal insufficiency usually can not be controlled.
1. Physiological factors: some patients with high creatinine may be caused by their high muscle content or eating more meat and exercising more, if there is no abnormality in urine routine and ultrasound of the urinary system, it is clear that there is no obvious disease in the kidney.
2. Pathologic factors:
(1) Acute kidney injury: remove the renal factors that induce acute renal insufficiency, such as pre-renal including massive bleeding, drugs, vomiting, etc.. Or renal and post renal, including acute glomerulonephritis, urinary tract stones, etc.. Serum creatinine may gradually decrease, i.e. creatinine can be controlled or even partially cured.
(2) Chronic renal insufficiency: it usually progresses gradually and cannot be controlled, reaching the end stage of renal insufficiency, i.e. uremic stage.
When blood creatinine 250μmol/L occurs, you should go to regular hospital in time to improve the relevant examination, clarify the cause, and follow the doctor’s instruction to standardize the treatment.
