Occlusion of the right anterior cerebral artery, which is one of the important blood vessels supplying the brain, usually has sequelae. The clinical incidence of this disease is not high, and it is easy to be misdiagnosed as other diseases, which delays the time of treatment and ultimately leads to a poor prognosis. Often, patients are diagnosed with the disease after the formation of cerebral infarction foci that are visible on imaging, and therefore the treatment is often ineffective. After internal conservative treatment and rehabilitation exercise, patients’ symptoms such as mental behavioral disorders, aphasia and dysarthria can often be improved to different degrees, while urinary incontinence and lower limb weakness often do not improve significantly. The long-term prognosis of this disease is poor, often leaving neurological dysfunction, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Therefore, when there is discomfort, we should consult a doctor in time to identify the cause of the disease and treat the symptoms in order to avoid delaying the condition.
