Endometrial cancer refers to stage III endometrial cancer. If the patient is in good health and sensitive to drugs, chemotherapy or radiation therapy, it is possible to prolong the survival period, possibly surviving up to 10 years. If the patient’s own condition is not ideal, the survival period may be shortened.
Endometrial cancer means that the tumor has developed local or regional metastasis, and even though surgical treatment has been carried out to remove the uterus and adnexa, it has not achieved the effect of complete cure, and radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other methods of treatment are mostly needed.
If the patient is in good physical condition, maintains a positive mindset and is sensitive to treatment, it is possible for him/her to survive for 10 years; on the contrary, if the patient is in poor physical condition, suffers from many other illnesses and has too much mental pressure, excessive anxiety and tension, it may lead to a shorter survival time.
If patients have endometrial cancer stage III, it is recommended that they should go to regular doctors in time, complete relevant examinations, clarify the cause of the disease under the guidance of professional doctors, and actively take corresponding treatment measures in order to maximize the survival rate of patients.
