Are low-grade cervical lesions precancerous?

If the cervical epithelium has low-grade lesions, which are precancerous, it is best to give appropriate treatment, do physical therapy of the cervix in 3-7 days after menstrual cleansing, which can be laser therapy, cryotherapy, or microwave therapy to make the lesion epithelial tissue necrotic and detachment, and to achieve the purpose of curing. After the treatment, we need to review the cervical epithelium to find out whether there is still high-risk HPV infection and whether there are still lesions. If abnormalities are found, then appropriate treatment will be given to eliminate the occurrence of cervical cancer. If left untreated, these lesions may convert to normal cervical epithelium, but they may also convert to higher levels of precancerous lesions. To be safe, it is best to have cervical physiotherapy to minimize the possibility of advanced lesions.
