Pancreatic cancer has a high morbidity and mortality rate, with a 5-year survival rate of 7%-8%, a median survival period of <20 months, and a median survival period of <6 months after metastasis. Pancreatic cancer is the most common pancreatic malignant tumor, and the disease ranks high among the malignant tumors in China. Because the early symptoms of this disease are not obvious, it is not easy to pay attention to it and difficult to diagnose, when there are typical symptoms such as abdominal pain, jaundice and so on, most of them are already in the advanced stage, and the therapeutic effect is not good, so the death rate is very high, and the 5-year survival rate is 7%～8%. The survival time of patients with this disease depends on a variety of factors, such as timely detection, clinical stage of the tumor, and treatment effect. Once the disease is diagnosed, it can be treated by surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc. Surgery is the only way to cure pancreatic cancer so far, but most of the cases are found in the middle or late stage, with low surgical resection rate and an average survival period of 17.6 months after surgery. Once pancreatic cancer is detected, it should be treated actively, which can delay the progression of the disease and prolong the survival period.
