Belladonna tablets are used to treat gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, gastrointestinal tract, biliary colic, renal colic and other diseases; its dosage is 10-30mg once a day, 30-90mg a day; the maximum dose is 50mg once a day, 0.15g a day. The drug is a kind of anticholinergic drug, which can relieve gastrointestinal smooth muscle spasm and inhibit gland secretion. So clinically the drug is used for the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers, gastrointestinal, biliary and renal colic and other diseases. After using the drug, there are adverse reactions such as dry mouth, reduced sweating, skin flushing, abdominal distension, constipation, rash; blurred vision, dizziness and other reactions can occur when the drug is used in large doses. Glaucoma, prostate hyperplasia, tachycardia patients are prohibited; lactating women are prohibited. Use with caution in pregnant women and patients with hypertension, heart disease, reflux esophagitis, gastrointestinal obstructive disorders, hyperthyroidism, ulcerative colitis. If medication is required, it should be used under the supervision of a physician.
