The current medical level can reach the level where every patient who has undergone total laryngectomy due to laryngeal cancer can speak, and the common methods are: 1.Trained esophageal articulation: after training, they can generally speak without any assistance. 2.Electronic larynx: use something like an electric razor and put it on the neck when speaking to pronounce. 3.Various simple articulators, one end is placed in the mouth, and one end should be placed at the tracheostomy opening of the neck. 4.Placement of pronunciation button: a pronunciation button needs to be placed inside the tracheostomy opening leading to the pharyngeal cavity.
